Ordering & Shipping

Where do we ship?

We ship to the whole Mexico! Your order will initially be shipped from our processing center in Shenzhen, China. Transiting the merchant to Mexico would take about 2 – 4 days. Once arriving in the region, it will take another 7 – 14 days to deliver the package to you. However, we do not ship outside Mexico or deliver to the P.O. Box address.

What is the shipping times?

You will receive your order within 7 - 14 days after the package is dispatched to Mexico. This calculation excludes public holidays and our logistics partners' non-working days. It is important to note that orders may take longer due to customs processes, unfavorable weather conditions, or additional holidays in the destination country.

What is the handling times?

Our handling time usually takes about 2 - 4 days, exceptSaturday and Sunday, and then the orders are transited to Mexico by our partner before finally dispatching in the region. It will take another 7 – 14 days to deliver the package to you.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

You can change your delivery address if you meet the
following criteria:

1.Your merchant has not been processed. Or

2.The payment has not been completed or has not yet been confirmed.

What should I do if I didn't receive an order that is listed as delivered?

In situations like this, we recommend taking the following steps if the status shows as "Delivered", but you can't find it:

-Check the delivery address and make sure that the address provided is correct and that the package has not been delivered to a family member in your household or even a neighbor.

-Check the delivery carrier's platform for details about the status of your package.

-Contact our Kuai Kuai customer service if you have already verified that the delivery address is correct and the status of your package on the carrier's site is up to date.
