This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Term.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE PROCESS?
After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number and details.
Once you place an order on our website, our team will immediately begin processing it. To help you plan your purchase, please note the following schedule:
Order Cutoff Time: 0800 (GMT + 8)
Order Handling Time: 2 - 4 days (Monday - Friday)
Transit Time: 7 - 14 days (Monday - Saturday)
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. Additionally, we will notify you via email upon delivery of your order
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer standard shipping options with a delivery time of 7 - 14 days. Your package will be centrally processed at our Shen Zhen warehouse. Once transit to Mexico, J & T Mexico would process the delivery.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 450 MXN for registered customer .
Shipping Fees
We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up with you after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates provided for the delivery of products are given in good faith but are only estimates.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE MEXICO?
No. We do not offer shipping outside Mexico. Also, we do not deliver the package to P.O. Boxes address due to carrier restrictions.

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE?
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
1. Verify the shipping address.
2. Check all possible delivery locations at your residence.
3. Ask neighbours or family members if they accepted the package.
4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim. If your package is officially declared lost, contact us immediately with your order number. We will either reship your order or provide a refund based on your preference.
